Senior Product Designer

Comeet, an innovative SaaS provider in the recruiting platform space, is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to join our rapidly growing team. Following the recent merger with Spark Hire, this role will be instrumental in managing and expanding our design system across multiple products.

• Lead and own the design system, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all our platforms and services.
• Collaborate with other product designers, overseeing the implementation of the design system across multiple products.
• Work closely with product managers to design and launch many exciting new features and products for recruiters and managers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the highest quality implementation of your designs.
• Advocate for our users, conducting user research, and creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on your findings.
  
  

• At least 5 years experience in both UX and UI design
• A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or related field.
• Proven experience in collaborating with multiple product managers.
• High standards for design and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable proficiency with Figma.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• An online portfolio that demonstrates a range of work, a creative process, and your deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
