A Day in the Life

• Routinely acts as the technical project leader for multiple projects, interacts with clients as needed to provide updates, reviews and evaluates data, writes reports and protocols.
• Responsible for the regulatory and scientific conduct of assay development, validation, and stability projects for new projects.
• Responsibility for Improving product Quality and production quality.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor''s degree in lab sciences such as biology, biochemistry, immunology, chemistry, molecular biology or similar
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 2+ year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
• OR Masters degree and previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 2+ year)
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Independently performs analytical testing, method optimization/validation, and/or other specialty technologies studies Understands and conforms to methods, and protocols applicable to assigned tasks.
• Experience performing genetic engineering process.
• Designs and completes experiments independently.
• Prepares and reviews study protocols, project status reports, final study reports and other project-related technical documents.
• Communicates data and technical issues to clients as needed.
• Validated problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Confirmed ability in technical writing skills.
• Ability to train junior staff.
