Head of PPC

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Take full ownership of our $15M/year paid user acquisition effort, strategically allocating and optimizing budgets to drive impactful results.
• Build, train, and lead a highly skilled and dynamic team of campaign managers and media buyers, maximizing the budget's potential to execute successful UA campaigns.
• Efficiently run campaigns, analyze data, and assess their impact to optimize UA spend and drive effective results across our products.
• Launch and test new channels such as programmatic media buying, native advertising, and Twitch ads - exploring innovative opportunities to expand our reach and amplify our influence.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team - leveraging their expertise to generate insightful reports, develop interactive dashboards, and guide strategic decision-making based on clear performance visibility.
• Continuously monitor the market landscape, identify growth opportunities, and quickly test and implement strategies to drive impactful UA across our gaming apps, mods, and private servers.
• Stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving marketing trends, properties, and technologies - optimizing budget allocation and achieving exceptional results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of prior experience with a deep understanding of PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as other platforms
• Experience managing budgets of $100k/month – a must. Experience managing over $300k/month – an advantage
• Passionate gamer actively engaged in PC/console gaming, with a deep understanding of the gaming landscape.
• Proven track record of successfully leading paid growth efforts in previous companies, driving remarkable MAU growth.
• Extensive experience in hands-on campaign management, utilizing data analysis to demonstrate the impact of campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing teams, relishing the opportunity to develop and empower team members for their growth and success.
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
