We’re looking for a full-time Visual Content Curators Team Lead to join our vibrant Footage Team in Tel Aviv.

• Manage a team of content curators that work with our footage and templates catalogs
• Overall responsibility for the quality of the catalog experience
• Manage the team’s day-to-day tasks and provide technical and content leadership
• Ensure the content published is consistent with our brand tone and values
• Implement processes, workflows and tools to improve performance and scale
• Build a content strategy based on data analysis, competitive analyses and industry trends
• Stay on top of today’s top filmmaking technologies and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading great teams
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and work teams simultaneously in a dynamic, product-oriented environment
• Be data-driven and with a proven ability to set, measure and present clear KPIs and metrics
• Knowledge of video production terminology, filmmaking techniques, equipment and software
• Experience using video editing software
• An eye for beautiful composition and framing
• Fluent English speaker with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to reach business objectives through fast, smart decision making
• Team player

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge in After Effects (or other compositing software)
• Experience using templates in the video creation process
• Experience with Monday, Backoffice tools, data tools
• Portfolio of video content
