Senior Learning Developer

NVIDIA Training is looking for an outstanding learning developer to be part of the Global Education Services team. The team’s mission is to provide our customers and partners industry leading and high-quality learning solutions for NVIDIA's technologies, solutions, and products.The learning developer will be responsible for crafting technical training content such as training videos, self-paced interactive courseware, presentations, and quizzes that are delivered via NVIDIA Training site (LMS) and through our onsite and remote training programs. This role also includes project management responsibility for building and characterizing course contents, working with subject matter experts and leading training projects. We are searching for creative people with strong deign thinking, who can convert complicated technical content to an amazing learning experience.What You'll Be Doing

• Create, animate, design, and edit training videos using Adobe suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator etc.) and produce interactive videos using capturing tools like Camtasia.
• Produce, design, and build interactive courseware using Articulate Storyline.
• Design and build training presentations.
• Build quizzes and certification exams.
• Create and build courses at the NVIDIA Training learning management system (LMS).
• Managing production cycles while working with subject matter experts to build and create self-paced courses and instructor led training.

What We Need To See

• 5+ of experience in learning development, instructional design and/or video production.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with video creation including recording, animation and editing.
• Experience with crafting high quality power point presentations.
• Complete control with video and graphics production tools such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
• Design thinking - ability to represent complex technical information in simple graphics ideas.
• Strong communication and writing skills, in English.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Previous experience with creating training content for complex technical topics.
• Working portfolio that includes a diverse selection of high-quality content, such as interactive courseware, animated videos, training CLI based videos and green screen-based videos.
• Proven record of advanced training video creation using Adobe After Effects
• Technical background with computer programing, AI or networks and servers.
