As the sole Quality Engineer, you will be the quality ambassador in the scrum team using best practices and joining one of the most complex, challenging, and interesting products in the company. You will be responsible for the different test executions, bug monitoring, test maintenance and be part of the responsibility for delivering products with high quality. You will report to the Manager, Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an Agile team to deliver reliable, scalable UI,API and E2E tests.
• Performed manual and automated test procedures for functional testing of different services.
• Automate test cases using Java and IntelliJ/Selenide/RestAssured.
• Define test strategies, analyze test results and validate functionality.
• Work with the engineering teams and product to gather test requirements, risk areas and convert these to testing scenarios.
• Ensure adoption and expand the reach of delivered tools.
• Provide automation documentation and training.
• Contribute to general engineering practice improvement efforts.
• Own and deliver innovative solutions for large-scale automated testing strategies, quality assurance, and data analysis.
• Adaptability to high and fast paced environment with the importance vision on the customer Focus.
• Problem-solving , collaboration Skills , logical Skills, passion for team work and working on complex software projects.
• Strong desire to seek pragmatic, innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience as QA
• At least 1 year of hands-on programming experience.
• Good coding skills in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with complex systems and features testing.
• Experience with complex E2E testing.
• Experience with Manual testing.
• Good ability in writing test specifications.
• Experience with REST API automation and tools like Rest Assured, Postman
• A passion for coding, specifically designing validation and testability into the code.
• Understanding of n-tier architecture and related testing strategies.
• Prior experience with testing frameworks (such as IntelliJ,JUnit, PlayWright, TestNG, Selenium, Selenium Grid, Playwright).
• Experience with performance testing using tools (such as JMeter, Load UI) - advantage
