Production And Quality Manager Leader

Open position: Production Line and Product Quality Leader (Full time / onsite)

RubyComm is a young start-up company (located in Ra'anana) in the field of defensive cyber security. RubyComm develops and manufactures software and dedicated devices to protect industrial systems and remote employees. The company is pleasant, businesslike and growing. We invite you to join us as the production and quality leader of a small production line set-up, as well as assisting the company's logistics and operational activities as required.

Tasks:

·         Completion of the design and construction of a production line for an electronic product with several stations including assembly, software flashing and testing.

·         Implementation of BOM lists and ROUTE CARDS

·         Design of a work plan, task management, performance measures and monitoring of such activities.

·         Selection and implementation of a computerized system; MRP/ERP for production and inventory management

·         Overall responsibility for the execution of the production plan and ongoing compliance with quality goals (QA, QC)

·         Definition and implementation of work processes, control procedures and quality checks.

·         Responsibility for ongoing maintenance of  equipment, troubleshooting, improvement and optimization of processes.

·         Training and working with permanent/temporary production workers, including supervision of such workers..

·         Involvement in various development projects.

·         Selection and implementation of relevant quality and operational standards.

Job Requirements:

·         Industrial engineering / practical engineering graduate (or any relevant technical field) with at least 4 years of experience in managing and leading a team in a production environment.

·         High level of technical understanding;ability to solve problems and familiarity with production processes.

·         Familiarity with production quality control standards and processes.

·         Familiarity with information systems for production management, including control and quality management.

·         Highly organized, attentive to detail and disciplined.

·         Good command of Hebrew and English.

The candidate will be required to pass a 2-3 hour written exam (can be completed from home)
