We offer various apartment sizes to suit the needs of our guests, with the added convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, beddings, blankets, towels and at least one TV screen. Our facilities include a beautifully designed lobby, rooftop lounge with a pool for guests to relax, boutique gym, and laundry room.

Role Description

Sea Executive Suites Holiday Apartments is looking for a part-time Night Receptionist for our Tel Aviv location. The Night Receptionist role includes providing excellent customer service to our guests, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries over the phone and in-person, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the property and guests. This is an on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on a front desk/receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• The ability to multitask, work independently and manage workload effectively while ensuring high-quality guest experience.
• Proficient in the use of computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office and a good understanding of reservation systems.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• A background in hospitality or tourism would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Optima system will be an influence advantage
