Zoom Real Estate Investments is an Israeli company that operates in 12 markets in the USA and provides extraordinary real estate investments opportunities. Currently, we focus on both short-term and long-term investments providing high return-on-investment (ROI).

Zoom REI is seeking for a sharp, passionate, and experienced HR Director to join us. The HR Director will work hand in hand with the CEO and be part of the leadership team. This person should have outstanding organizational design skills, have significant experience in driving change management, be passionate about driving other people's success and demonstrate the strategic ability to align strategies and programs to evolving business needs in a highly complex environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong business relationship with the local managers.
• Supervision and development of other HR team members
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the site: Onboarding of new associates, employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training and development, and special projects (with the assistance of HR management).
• Development and implementation of HRIS within the company CRM system.
• Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and people's needs.
• HR Focal Point for Employees
• Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions & insights to strength the organization and cover risks.
• Work closely with management and employees to promote productive work relationships, build motivation and increase engagement, commitment, and retention.
• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
• Support other cross-COE HR tasks/projects as will be defined.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Studies, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
• Ability to work 3 day in the evenings (out of the five, offices are in the center of Tel – Aviv)
• 3+ years’ experience as a HR VP/Director of equivalent
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
