This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated candidate who recently finished working at one of the Big 4 firms and who is ready to take on a significant role on the finance team and grow with a rapidly expanding global e-commerce company.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

• Working on the monthly and annual US GAAP reporting process to provide insights to management and the Board
• Assist in the implementation of new processes to support strategic growth activities of the company (new business models, new geos, and changes in operations)
• Analyze performance, explain key variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in managing multinational tax compliance and reporting in North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific countries
• Work closely with auditors and consultants located in Israel and across the globe

You will thrive in this role if you have…

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a leading university
• A "hands-on" type of person with a desire to take on increased responsibilities
• Experienced with inventory monitoring and accounting guidelines
• Proactive approach
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to learn fast and perform in a fast-growth environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English

Preferred but not a must:

• Experienced with BI and Priority ERP software
• Experienced with sales tax and indirect taxes in different regions
• Familiar with credit processors reconciliations
• Familiar with fulfillment expense recognition
