Product Operations Program Manager

• Working closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams
• Gathering and incorporating customer feedback into product development to enhance product features and usability.
• Enhancing operational practices and providing subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of multiple programs.
• Communicating, tracking, and reporting on program status and areas of risk/opportunity.
• Analyzing post-launch data, including user adoption and customer satisfaction, to drive product improvements.
• Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes

Do What You LoveTo be successful in this role you will-

• Have 7-10 years of program management or PMO experience in the software industry
• Experience in working with and supporting product management teams
• Have knowledge of frameworks and tools such as Jira/Confluence/Monday.com/Aha.
• Have great communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, from individual contributors to executives
• Experience working and managing within a matrixed organization (cultures, senior leadership, and time zones)
• Think out of the box with high motivation, urgency & a positive approach
• Be energetic, curious, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skills
