We specialize in helping SMB’s and high tech firms upgrade their financial bottom line to reach their full business potential by combining financial management abilities and business management experience of our team.

Role Description

The Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting and financial operations of our clients. This includes but is not limited to managing financial reporting, providing financial management advice, and managing the client's cash flow. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the role located in Kfar Sava but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience in managing the bookkeeping process and financial statements
• Experience with high-tech firms and startups
• Ability to provide financial management advice
• Experience in the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Experience in managing the client's cash flow
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CPA certification
• Experience in consulting or outsourced CFO services a plus
