Media Buyer

We’re looking for a talented media buyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that manages digital marketing strategies for international and local clients.
What you’ll do:
- Create the manual of the MB department in the company, that contains the company's capabilities in the field of MB and helps it to achieve results.
- Mediate the company's knowledge and capabilities in the field of MB to all company departments (customer managers, sales managers, etc.) Collaborate with the different departments to develop strong campaigns that will improve audience engagement while also supporting ongoing projects within the agency
- Know the relevant MB platforms in a proficient way
- Strategize and execute tailored marketing plans within specific budgets and timeframes
- Be in charge of the implementation of the campaigns, from the planning stage through set-ups and optimizations.
- Analyze campaign performance, including daily/weekly reports
- Monitoring and measuring the campaigns consistently, while performing the optimization required to meet the client/management goals.
Needed Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- At least 1-year hands-on experience in media buying via social platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) / google / programmatic buying
- Experience working with a variety of customers/products
- Experience using Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics – An advantage
- Daily management of multiple existing PPC accounts (bid adjustments, targeting updates, ad optimization, etc.).
- Perform click-through rate, conversion, spending, and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
- DV360 management; Bing Ads management – An advantage
- Data and analytic-oriented person
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills.
- Detailed-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
- Team player, problem solver, with a ‘Can-Do attitude’
