Responsibilities

• Responsibility for concentrating the quality system on all its content and characteristics.

• Carrying out internal organizational quality Audits, ongoing measurement and carrying out actions for improvement.

• Construction and implementation of work plans for internal and external organizational quality Audits.

• Maintaining the quality system and verifying its use, document management and records control.

• Documentation, concentration and statistical analysis of Customer complaints, corrective actions and implementation.

• Conducting satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 360 including: forms, planner, power apps.

• English at a good level.

• Academic degree.

• At least one year of experience in a similar position in Q.A from shipping/logistics/medical equipment companies.
