About the Position 

Entrio is looking for a highly motivated  Data Quality Assurance Specialist who will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met prior to delivering our product to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality Assessment: Evaluate the quality of data from various sources, databases, and systems to identify issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies.

Data Validation: Develop and execute procedures to validate data accuracy and completeness, including data profiling, cleansing, and transformation.

Data Monitoring: Continuously monitor data quality metrics and report on data health, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues..

Data Automation: Develop and implement automated processes and workflows to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. 

Build Data sets: Consolidate data from different sources and formats into a unified and standardized format. This may involve using tools or technologies such as ETL processes or data integration platforms. 

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the underlying causes of data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain documentation of data quality processes, methodologies, and findings.

Process Improvement:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection, processing, and reporting processes.

Quality Assurance Testing: Conduct quality assurance testing for data-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Management).

Proven experience in data quality assurance, data analysis, or a related role.

Strong knowledge of data quality tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in data profiling and validation using tools such as SQL, NoSQL, Excel, or data quality software.

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality standards.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with handling unstructured data

Experience in test automation or Data QA automation 

3-5 years of experience in Data QA (preferably in companies involved in SaaS monitoring, SW asset management, IT GRC, enterprise architecture or similar)

Excellent English language skills
