Software Release Manager

We are looking for a seasoned, self-motivated Release Manager with a “get things done” attitude and technical understanding of large complex systems to join our dynamic R&D team in Tel Aviv.

What will you do?

Your role entails overseeing the end-to-end release process, from development to testing and deployment in production. Your responsibilities include managing product releases and hotfixes, coordinating release schedules, collaborating closely with various teams to consolidate features and improvements, and serving as a central point of communication for stakeholders.

• SaaS multi-tenant solution of microservices architecture managed over Kubernetes
• Multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure)
• Data pipelines technologies using various big data databases
• State-of-the-art CI/CD with cloud monitoring

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a release manager/program manager
• Practical experience with Git and CI/CD-Must
• Must have experience in SaaS, multi-tenant B2B platforms.
• Leader, team player, fast learner, and has a “get things done” attitude
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, able to drive and manage multiple tasks in parallel while interfacing with varied stakeholders
• Excellent R&D process understanding and best practices
• Agile and scrum methodology understanding
• Self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
• Engineering degree from leading universities or/and technological intelligence units graduate
