About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Algorithm Manager to lead the development of state-of-the-art vision and graphics for our next generation iTero scanners.

In this role, you will…

• Managing and leading a team of top-notch, senior engineers focusing on the fields of computer vision, computer graphics and deep learning, solving cutting-edge problems and deliver end to end algorithmic solutions.
• Manage complex Algorithms and AI based projects.
• Leading full Algo development cycle - starting from understanding the business requirements, defining solution strategy, leading to production code delivery
• Building the team methodologies, roadmap, best practices, and toolset.
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• Sc. (Ph.D. - advantage) in Computer science / Electrical engineering / Physics / Mathematics (Experience in computer graphics / vision - advantage).
• At least 10 years of experience in computer vision and graphics algorithms development
• Successful management experience (leading people and projects) of at least 5 years
• Ability to clearly analyze technological challenges and work with experts in their field to provide state-of-the-art solutions.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and easily.
• Great problem-solving skills and drive for innovation.
• Experience in the medical device industry – an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and collaboration abilities
• Fluent in English
