Global-e is seeking a talented and experienced Website and Content Manager to join our dynamic team who manage the company’s B2C Brand, Borderfree.com.
The website and content manager will oversee all corporate marketing websites: Content updates via CMS, bug reporting and fixes, oversee the development of new features and functionalities, and constantly seek to innovate and improve the company web presence.

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for generating and publishing content for the global consumer e-commerce website including managing merchant content, promotional offers, best-selling products and blog posts.
- Write and edit all website content ensuring consistency in style, tone, messaging and voice across all website pages.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team and other cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and impactful content that resonates with a global audience.
- Review, edit, and proofread website and digital marketing content to meet grammatical standards and marketing objectives
- Implement and oversee SEO best practices to improve website visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate and manage website projects, including redesigns, updates, and new feature implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- At least 2 years managing global corporates' B2C websites – A must
- Hands-on CMS experience preferably WordPress - A must
- Proven experience in managing content, editing, copywriting, or a related role.
- Excellent English proficiency - A must
- Proficient in HTML/CSS
- Strong troubleshooting and QA abilities
- Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with multiple global stakeholders
