Landa seeks a motivated and well-organized Administrative and Travel Coordinator to assist our Travel Manager and be part of our expanding travel team.
- This role is temporary (a maternity leave replacement)
Manage travel and administrative tasks that support the ongoing organizational activities and processes, such as:
- Preparing, organizing, and documenting travel reports
- Tending to employees' queries and arranging travel itineraries and accommodations
- Providing insights and information about travel options in accordance with business and personal needs
- MS Office skills
- Experience with coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels etc.) – an advantage
- High level of English - mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Attentive and service-oriented
- Responsible and self-reliant
- Resourceful and creative in solving problems and managing constraints
- Able to work in a dynamic work environment and under demanding timelines
