Our swamp is growing and we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Marketing Specialist in JFrog you will…
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing activities aimed at supporting lead generation. These efforts are designed to drive leads, generate MQLs, and contribute to the marketing-influenced pipeline for our sales team.
- Collaborate with various teams, including marketing operations, designers, web developers, translators, project managers, sales, campaign managers, PPC managers, external agencies, and more, to deliver marketing briefs effectively.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns to boost lead generation, utilize email marketing, social media, and other channels to engage the target audience, demonstrating proficiency in email best practices, segmentation, and KPI-driven email metrics.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies in email marketing campaigns to deliver highly targeted and personalized content to different prospects and customer segments.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- In this role, you will be a key player in plan, execute, and optimize our webinar programs in the EMEA region. This includes comprehensive management of webinars, and overseeing all logistical aspects of the webinar.
- Your responsibilities involve developing webinars, enhancing audience engagement, increasing attendance, and driving lead generation through these online events. To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of marketing, project management, and technical skills, to ensure the success of our webinar initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external speakers to ensure their readiness for webinar presentations. Additionally, oversee all technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive localization plan aligned with our global expansion goals. Manage end-to-end localization projects, including content translation, vendor relationships, and quality control. This includes building workflows, tracking timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring the quality of translated content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to identify localization opportunities that align with our marketing KPIs.
- Execute localization marketing campaigns and regularly monitor, analyze, and report project progress to relevant stakeholders.
- 3 years of B2B marketing experience at a tech company or a B2B agency.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in webinar program management or related roles.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and technologies (e.g. Zoom, BigMarker, ON24).
- Self-motivated, agile, independent thinker with strong responsibility.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimization.
- Project management experience, from initiation to completion, with adaptability.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g. French or German) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
