What are we looking for?
An experienced Creative Marketing Manager who dreams big and is passionate about creating outstanding marketing assets.
As a Creative Marketing Manager at Now You Know, you will be a key player in a dynamic, hands-on, small team that takes pride in developing and executing an exquisite marketing strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ideate and execute campaigns that effectively drive sales, brand awareness, and engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in performance-driven marketing, a keen eye for design, storytelling, and a strategic mindset.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead our creative performance efforts: Work closely with motion and graphic designers to create new ads and iterate existing ones. Continuously monitor our multi-channel campaigns, work closely with marketing analysts to evaluate performance, and make data-driven creative decisions.
- Manage creative sprints: Plan and lead the ongoing work with our design team to build and update ads that engage users and potential students.
- Lead email marketing efforts: Develop and execute our email marketing plan. Work with content writers, manage automations, create campaigns, monitor, and analyze results.
- Plan and execute marketing photoshoots that will translate into successful campaigns and allow maximum creative diversity.
- Write scripts for course trailers and direct their execution on set.
- Work collaboratively with our design team, media company, and analytics to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategize communication approaches.
- Social Media: Direct our Social Media Manager to craft highly engaging content. Track performance and make data-driven creative choices.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creative content development.
- Portfolio showcasing your creative marketing projects, including examples of visual content you've created.
- Experience and knowledge in marketing software (Google Analytics, Ad Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Proven experience of working closely with designers.
- Experience in strategizing paid ads, concept creation, storytelling, ideation, and visual language.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to objectively assess work using analytics, then apply insights to future projects.
- Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
