Head of Finance

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Of Finance with expertise in finance accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Priority software and possess knowledge of various financial processes, such as supplier and client set up, tax invoice issuance, registration of incomes and outcomes, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the registration process for both suppliers and clients in the Priority software.
• Generate tax invoices for clients, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Support the payment process for suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

Requirements: 

• Bookkeeping 1+2
• Fluent knowledge and exprience using Priority software for suppliers and clients registration, issuing tax invoices, and managing filing systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM software.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
