Frontend Tech Lead

Fintastic is an early-stage startup based in Tel Aviv, founded by successful repeat entrepreneurs and funded by top-tier VCs. 

We are developing a first-of-its-kind, AI-driven, financial planning and analysis platform for finance departments in companies, that is set to disrupt the FP&A software market. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced front-end lead, with proven experience and hands-on skills, which flourishes in the environment of a young, dynamic startup. 

As the frontend leader, you will be responsible of leading the technology, tools, best practices and mentor team members, build the core foundations that brings customers value today, but will also enable us to grow and meet the demands of robustness and scale later.

This is a unique opportunity to join a strong founding team during this exciting time of taking a disruptive product to market. As the core dev team grows, this position will have the opportunity to grow into a significant leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Technical and potentially managerial leadership of frontend engineers.
• Frontend infrastructure decisions.
• Hands-on building of challenging frontend production components and PoCs.

Requirements:

• At list 5 years experience, working on web applications, that met production and customers.
• Very strong frontend development experience, including significant work in typescript and react.
• Significant experience in technical leadership in a startup environment.
• Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance.
• Proactive, team player, highly motivated, can-do approach.
