Mechanical Engineer

Location: Haifa 

Mechanical Devices – Advanced Thermal Solutions, a global leader in advanced thermal solutions, is seeking a technical Operations worker to work directly under the factory manager. 

Responsibilities: 

• FACTORY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT: Assist the factory manager in daily operations, providing technical support and handling various managerial tasks. 
• PRODUCTION GUIDANCE: Work hands-on with production workers for GUIDANCE and CONTROL, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. 
• LOGISTICS SUPPORT: Handle organizational logistics tasks to facilitate smooth and efficient factory operations. 
• INTRA-PLANT PROCESSES: Take charge of the STUDY and CONTROL of intra-plant processes. 
• SOLIDWORKS: Use SolidWorks for troubleshooting tasks, aligning with factory requirements. 
• CRM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIAISON: Collaborate with the CRM department, customer service, and engineering to ensure strong communication and connection. 
• TEAM COLLABORATION: Work in synergy with various departments, promoting a cohesive and collaborative environment. 

Qualifications: 

• Practical Mechanical Engineering or related field. 
• Technical understanding in the field of mechanics. 
• Familiarity with SolidWorks. 
• Logistics and organizational abilities. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under the factory manager's direction. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Speaks Russian and English at a good level.
