Head Nurse

Summary of Role:

The Head Nurse at Healthy Aging Multidisciplinary Center is an integral member of the interdisciplinary healthcare professional management team, responsible for overseeing and developing the nursing unit to ensure the highest standard of care in every aspect. The Head Nurse is essential to our unique model of community geriatrics and contributes to our vision of providing exceptional care to seniors in the community. The position is half-time (20 hours and hybrid: 3 days a week (Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) at our headquarters in Tel-Aviv and the rest is flexible.

Responsibilities:

- Recruiting, training, and managing the nursing staff.

- Managing medical supplies.

- Participating in our multidisciplinary geriatric assessments at our clinic in Dizengoff Center and setting initial treatment goals.

- Collaborating with other managers to develop workflows and interfaces for the nursing department within the team.

- Professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse: Must be a registered nurse with at least 3 years of experience in geriatrics of palliative care and some expereince in managing.

2. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.

3. Motivated Team Player: Enthusiasm for working in a team and contributing to the organization's growth.

4. Multitask Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

5. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a diverse professional team.

6. Reliability: Consistent and reliable in carrying out responsibilities.
