CTO & Co-founder

Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and visionary Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who possesses a deep understanding of Electrical or bio Engineering, with a specialization in Radio and Signal Processing. As a CTO and co-founder, you will be instrumental in adapting, adjusting and continuously developing the current technology to the medical field, developing additional clinical parameters to be measured contactless , design and developing the system (HW, SW, Cloud, UI, UX ) in addition to leading the current dedicated R&D team and expanding the team as necessary. Your expertise will drive the technical innovation behind our contactless RPM system, reshaping patient monitoring in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Adaptation: Lead the adaptation of our existing radar technology to the medical space, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for remote patient monitoring.

Innovation and Development: Drive the development of new clinical parameters and features, utilizing your expertise in signal processing and algorithms development to enhance the capabilities of the RPM system.

Leadership: Utilize your proven experience to build, lead and inspire the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Programming Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Matlab, Python, and C-coding, utilizing these skills to implement advanced algorithms and conduct simulations.

Radar System Design: Apply your knowledge of radar system design and signal processing techniques to optimize the performance and accuracy of our contactless RPM system.

AI and Machine Learning (Advantage): Leverage your expertise in AI and Machine Learning to explore advanced applications, enhancing the intelligence and functionality of our patient monitoring system.

Medical Device Experience (Advantage): Utilize your background in Cardiovascular and/or Pulmonary related medical devices to provide valuable insights and contribute to the development of specialized healthcare solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Specializing in Radio and Signal Processing.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in signal processing and algorithms development, with a proven track record of leading successful R&D teams (CTO, VP R&D or Team leader)

Programming Skills: Proficiency in Matlab, Python, and C-coding for algorithm implementation and simulation.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in radar system design, signal processing, and system optimization.

Advantageous Skills: Experience in AI and Machine Learning is an advantage. Background in Cardiovascular or Pulmonary related medical devices is also highly advantageous.
