The Role

We are looking for a talented Business Application Specialist to join our IS department and be part of our software applications team at Drivenets.

The Business Application Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent project management and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines. The Business Application Specialist will be a crucial member of our team and will play a critical role in the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions.
• Work on the technical implementation of strategic projects.
• Monitor the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
• Assist in scaling the business for hyper-growth.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions between various applications
• Maintain thorough documentation of application configurations, integrations, and processes for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Provide training and support to end-users and conduct long-term improvement operations.
• Design and implementation of Salesforce applications (Sales/Service)
• Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to recommend new solutions
  

• B.Sc. Degree specializing in Information Systems or equivalent
• At least two years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Experience building complex flows and automation - must
• Hands-on experience with integrations to/from Salesforce and other applications
• Excellent technical and customer service skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documenting outcomes, including designing process flows
• A deep understanding of security, scalability, solution design, and development needs for maintainability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• The ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting tools is a plus
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
• CPQ experience is a plus
