Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is adept at engaging and qualifying inbound sales inquiries, specifically within the Israeli market.  You will be tasked with researching, connecting with, and educating prospects to build a pool of potential customers. If you’re passionate about generating sales pipelines and ensuring exceptional initial sales touchpoints, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute both automated and manual outreach to targeted markets via calls, emails, and social media to engage and qualify prospects.
• Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, pain points, and potential for conversion, ensuring only high-quality leads are passed along to the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and demos, ensuring leads are prepared for the sales team.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques with decision-makers at all corporate levels.
• Manage the initial touchpoint of the sale, creating an engaging and positive experience for potential clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ year in sales and prospecting, 2+ years in lead generation.
• Experience in the e-commerce world, with a solid understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
• Intellectual curiosity, with a knack for understanding and addressing customer pain points and needs.
• Strong communication skills, with basic English proficiency.
• Ability to lead, persuade, and handle objections.
• A sense of urgency to reach goals, high energy, and integrity.
• Basic English proficiency is required.
• Experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage!
