Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator for Mobile Applications at Zvoid Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our mobile app projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality mobile apps to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and closing mobile application projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Analytical Skills: Employ strong analytical skills to identify project bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and issue tracking.

- Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting quality assurance tests to ensure the functionality and performance of mobile apps meet our standards.

- Problem Solving: Proactively address project challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to coordinate project tasks and timelines.

- Communication: Foster clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in project coordination, preferably in mobile application development or software products.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex issues and find effective solutions.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Fluent in verbal and written English language. 

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in the mobile app industry is a plus.
