Responsibilities

• Responsibility for shift management with the help of remote receptionists
• Control of current tasks and work processes
• Motivating receptionists for maximum productivity
• Handling customer service cases

Qualifications

• Hotel / hospitality experience - Must
• Experience in hotel reception
• Familiarity with the Optima system - a significant advantage
• Management experience, shift management from the worlds of customer service
• Willingness for a job in a dynamic environment
• Willingness for a full-time position, including a shift (in rounds) on weekends
• English at a high level - mandatory
• Technological orientation
• Multi-interface work
• Sales orientation - an advantage
