Responsibilities
- Responsibility for shift management with the help of remote receptionists
- Control of current tasks and work processes
- Motivating receptionists for maximum productivity
- Handling customer service cases
Qualifications
- Hotel / hospitality experience - Must
- Experience in hotel reception
- Familiarity with the Optima system - a significant advantage
- Management experience, shift management from the worlds of customer service
- Willingness for a job in a dynamic environment
- Willingness for a full-time position, including a shift (in rounds) on weekends
- English at a high level - mandatory
- Technological orientation
- Multi-interface work
- Sales orientation - an advantage
