Job Description:
- Managing and maintaining buildings services and grounds
- Responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of staff on site
- Managing Client relationships effectively & efficiently
- Space management
- Arranging for all important inspections, approvals and licenses
- Maintaining safety and EHS Compliance
- Developing and administering the policies of the facility
- Preparing, maintaining, and submitting reports and records to the Client and IFM team
- Participating in hiring new staff members
- Implementing strong financial management practices.
- Attending staff conferences and trainings.
- Background in facilities management HVAC, Fire Protection, Life Safety System etc.
- Previous experience of managing people and vendors preferable.
- IT Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc..
- Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Meticulous attention to detail
