We provide a platform for publishers to create, manage, and distribute their content to millions of users.The Executive Assistant to the CEO and executive management is a key partner in their success. In this position, your responsibilities encompass overseeing daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, managing strategic meetings, aligning leadership logistics, planning and booking travel arrangements, and coordinating various events.If you're a collaborative, organized problem solver who thrives in fast-paced tech environments, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient time management & prioritization.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders (investors, partners, company management, etc.)
- Provide administrative support for the CEO and the executive management.
- Handle operational needs for management gatherings (Off sites, Board meetings, etc.)
- Coordinate domestic & international travel.
- Plan & manage complex budgets.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a global high-tech company.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizing schedules and tracking projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented professional with high time management ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Tech savvy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suite applications.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
