Payroll Specialist

As the Payroll Specialist at Lightricks, you will be responsible for managing our Israeli payroll- being the POC for our internal and external interfaces, and ensuring the highest level of service to our employees regarding any and all payroll related matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• End to end payroll for all Israeli employees.
• Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc
• Enter data into payroll software for monthly processing
• Preparation of payments to government institutions (102. 126 etc.)
• Manage new hires and leaves for payroll related processes
• Manage travel expenses and personal expenses review and approval
• Transfer of employee's social benefits funds to insurance companies and constant control of funds status
• Record payroll JEs and balance the payroll against the general ledger.
• Manage payroll closing process according to the company policy
• Provide ongoing response and service to the employees.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in payroll calculation, mid -large sized company
• Experience in Hilan- a MUST!
• Experience in Hilan- a must.
• Certified IL Payroll Controller / Payroll certificate - must.
• Excel proficiency- High level
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Commitment to employee and company confidentiality
• Bookkeeping type 1 and 2- nice to have
• Experience working in Global Payroll, specifically with ADP- nice to have
