What you'll Do

o Own project schedules and execution tracking with the DFT engineering team.

o Drive new flow development from definition through the deployment stages for all company products, IPs and SoC, work with stakeholders on scope, schedule, and budget.

o Track project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team.

o Work with cross functional and cross geographies teams to refine WBS and build into execution schedule.

o Drive deliveries and internal signoff with upstream and downstream engineering teams.

o Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.

What You'll Need

o Electrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent. Graduate degree preferred.

o Experience in DFT and/or SoC engineering management capacity is a plus

o Experience in stage gate process for new program development

o Schedule development, tracking and reporting with MS Office Project

o Understanding of IP and SoC development challenges in advanced process nodes

o Experience in DFT architecture and development, IEEE test protocol knowledge

o Understanding of key IP deliverables and customer integration challenges

o PMP certification an asset
