A-6684 is a holding company that is seeking out investment opportunities involving active management and operational efficiency. We are looking for an individual to assume the position of Controller, overseeing both the holding company’s activities and those of our portfolio companies.

This is a full-time office-based position.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and monitor their progress
Assume full responsibility for financial reporting
Oversee financial performance of portfolio companies
Maintain relationship with banks and ensure adherence to banking covenants
Optimize credit needs and negotiate terms and conditions with banks
Oversee foreign currency exchange and commodity hedging
Build out and oversee centralized financial management software
Liaise with auditors to conclude an annual audit of the financial statements
Develop policies and procedures in addition to implementing internal controls
Pursue ongoing efficiencies relating to working capital, pricing, and taxation

Requirements

Fluent English and Hebrew
Certified Public Accountant
Proven experience working with Priority
At least 2 years of experience working in a finance related field
