Lead Non-functional/performance Engineer

Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious Lead Non-functional/performance Engineer to join us. At Finastra, you will have a unique opportunity to implement quality understanding the business using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with professional QAs, SW engineers, architects, DevOps and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance testing solutions for APIs, microservices, applications and E2E system tests
• Good understanding of the Product and business
• Demonstrate experience working in cloud base platforms (mainly Azure)
• Identify technology gaps/risks early and establish mitigation plans.
• Write test plan
• Define, develop and execute performance activities to ensure scalable, robust, stable and high performance of a large and complex systems.
• Identify single points of failure and other high-risk architecture issues.
• Propose and implement resiliency solutions.
• Identify RCA using diagnostic tools.
• Write test plans according to QA methodologies.
• Fast learner
• Out-of-the-box thinking.
• Have good understanding of the business and customer experience.
  
  

• BSc. in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering and/or relevant work experience
  
  

• Minimum 2 years as a TL/ leader/project owner
• Ability of debugging methodology of complex systems.
• Minimum 5 years of testing design (STP & STD)
• Vast knowledge in Non-Functional testing
• Knowledge with Jenkins, Azure-Devops
• Knowledge with Java scripts and python Languages
• Experience with various databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience in networking
• Understanding of CI/CD systems
• Experience with Agile
• Excellent written and oral communication and human relations skills
• Self-motivated
