A Day in the LifeAs a Customer Care rep, you will focus on handing orders, and invoicing items in the different locations at hospitals and medical centers in Israel.You will have versatile responsibilities, such as:
- Entering orders to the system, analyzing the data, checking prices, and making sure that order is handled properly in the system.
- Creating delivery notes and making sure the items arrive to the hospital/pharmacies within the required timelines.
- Producing invoices for the required orders.
- Solving unexpected problems with the utmost professionalism according to the company's' guidelines.
- An academic degree
- Good communication skills with people.
- Service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details
- Fluent Hebrew
- Experienced working with SAP
- Experienced working in a global company.
- Good English communication skills
- Self-starter (Rosh gadol)
