Your Role:

As the Behavioral Science Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission by:

- Assessment Development: Leading the development of various assessment tools, including interviews, personality assessments, professional tasks, and surveys.

- Project Management: Collaborating with clients to define measurement needs, gather essential information, and incorporate client feedback throughout the development process. You'll also oversee assessment rollout and data collection.

- Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth statistical analysis of assessment and customer data, including construct and predictive validity, correlations, regressions, group differences, and more.

- Data Visualization: Utilizing tools like Tableau for creating insightful dashboards that bring data to life.

- Effective Communication: Presenting findings concisely and engagingly, ensuring key insights are clear and actionable. All work is done in English.

- Methodical Approach: Managing the intricacies of our work with meticulous attention to detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture. If you love diving into the fine details but can also see the broader context, this position is for you. If you're more of a "big picture" thinker, it might not be the right fit.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

- MA in organizational/industrial/occupational psychology.

- High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

- Availability for a full-time position.

- Availability for 2 days of work from our offices in Tel-Aviv.

- Availability to work 2 evenings a week (to collaborate with US and Canada).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing assessment tools.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis outside of academia.

- Highly proficient in at least one of these: R, Python, or SPSS.

- Highly proficient in Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables, Vlookup, Xlookup.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience working for a large corporation or tech company.

- Additional training or courses in statistics/data science.

- Experience in developing technological assessment tools.

- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.

- Native English speaker-level proficiency.
