We are looking for a pleasant and friendly on site customer experience audit to join our team! As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.
• Full time job, working in shift morning/ evening including weekends
• ILS 40- 45 hour + bonuses for reservation and persistence + cibus for food.
• Familiar with hotel reservation software.

Requirements and qualifications:
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Customer oriented mindset
• Experience in hotels is a must
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
