ME Tier1 Customer Support & Supply Chain team is responsible to align to Company Business Development needs & to provide professional input & support based on those needs.The responsibilities are broad ranging from foundation setup of strategy, contract alignment, logistic processes and direct customer/ OEM/CM support, interaction & representation.At project SOP, team activities shift to daily support of customer whether it be forecasting/POs/credit management/shipments/RMAs.ME Tier1 Customer Support & Supply Chain team are at a focal point both with regards to Business development strategies & internal company integration of the business won.What will Your job look like :
- Lead broad company engagement on Supply Chain/Logistics issues as a Senior Lead.
- Manage proactive interaction with OEMs, Customers, and Contract Manufacturers on new & ongoing projects.
- Responsible for organizational integration between company departments and strategy.
- Build the company's representation in OEM/CM Workshops abroad.
- Handle end-to-end foundation setup, contracts, and negotiations.
- Promote and define support for the company's characterization of OEM IS - foundation setup for OEM projects.
- Conduct Tier 1 Customer Support as the POC for RMAs and logistic returns.
- Plan and provide general support for team projects and requirements.
- Be hands-on in supporting various team initiatives.
- Senior/ 5-6 years' experience in this field
- Experienced in working with OEMs & manufacturers.
- Experience in leading projects E2E
- Background in Operations/ Supply Chain/ Sales/ Planning/ Tier1 Support/ PM
- Automotive bonus
