Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will lead a team of Product Owners and play a pivotal role in managing the backlogs of two functional teams. This role will require close collaboration with development teams and customers to ensure successful product development and delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in the library software industry and Product Management.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Information Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Exact Sciences or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B product management -Mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience with people management.
• 2+years of Experience working in a global company.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and product data to make informed decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and strategies to stakeholders

What will you be doing in this role?

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Backlog Management: Oversee and manage the product backlogs for two functional teams, ensuring that they are well-defined, prioritized, and regularly refined.
• Coordinate release planning and help manage the delivery of product releases in alignment with business objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a liaison between the development teams and customers.
• Managing product development: define & manage the scope of work, and work with development teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.

This is a full-time position.
