Onboarding & Acquisition Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a new Onboarding and Acquisition Specialist to join our Operations Team in Tel Aviv! This role is the first of its kind, and calls for a real superstar, as it requires a rare combination between strategic planning on one hand, and hands on drill down focus on the other.Our business is increasing rapidly. Tens of thousands of couriers are flowing through our onboarding funnel on a monthly basis and thousands are recruited. Managing this funnel, generating leads, interacting with applicants, optimizing conversion rates and the overall flow is definitely one of the most important company focuses, both short and long term.You will be the one in charge of this realm. In order to do so, you will need to build strong relationships with various stakeholders in the company, including Support, Product, Analytics, Marketing and many more.You will be reporting to the Onboarding Manager, and play a key factor in the overall department, as the focal point for everything related to supply management and new CPs acquisition and recruitment.By taking ownership of courier acquisition and funnel optimization, you will become a trusted knowledge center in the entire company. The onboarding funnel is the couriers׳ first encounter with Wolt, so you need to make sure their experience is no less than phenomenal.In our Operations department, life moves fast and there is no typical day, so to be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, confident and creative, be a proactive independent thinker, possess leadership characteristics, and have excellent relationship-building skills.What You'll Be Doing

• Working on a Full time basis, Sun-Thursday
• You will constantly seek creative ways to improve and optimize our onboarding funnel, especially increase our conversion rates, across all stages.
• You will act as a key factor in managing our onboarding supply and make sure our couriers supply meets the demand in all operating areas.
• You will act as a main focal point with our support team to make sure new couriers receive the best experience, and constantly optimize workflows.
• You will be in charge of executing online and offline streams of courier acquisition (Social campaigns, Events, offline marketing initiatives, etc.)
• You will be leading the overall acquisition plan for onboarding new couriers across all operating areas and across all channels.

• 2+ years of background in Operations/project management roles
• Excellent communicator and a motivator as you will have daily contact with various stakeholders within Wolt, as well as future Courier Partners
• You’re an expert and confident in expressing your social skills
• You are a fast learner and attentive to both small details as well as the bigger picture
• You possess the ability to lead by example and show direction - you have the genuine will to support your team members and courier partners.
• Thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to details
• Proactive planner and thorough thinker, as you constantly seek new ways to improve processes
• Analytical thinker - must feel confident and comfortable working with numbers and data (maintaining supply balance, managing forecasts)
• You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ready to work in different cities on a weekly basis as the role requires some field work as well as office work.
• Fluent in Hebrew and fully proficient in English.
