Description

At our company we are reinventing successful aging by working with many of the largest insurance carriers and their policyholders to introduce game changing wellness and financial products.

In this role you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that drive our product forward. You will help identify opportunities to improve our services and play a major role in providing the data to make healthy aging decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and launch data warehouse model using BI best practices.

Create optimized ETL processes to transfer data into DWH.

Translate business needs to technical requirements.

Work tightly with different stakeholders to fulfill their requirements and allow them to easily access and utilize it.

Develop, evaluate and maintain reports and dashboards.

Execute complex queries and analyses upon request for data.

Ensure the data quality and structure.

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience working in a BI developer position - a must.

High proficiency in SQL and NoSQL - a must.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or Scala - a must.

Ability to optimize and tune queries for maximum performance - a must.

Solid understanding of DWH concepts, data modeling and ETL processes - a must.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g GCP, AWS, Azure) - a must.

High level of English - a must.

Experience in DBT (Data Build Tool), Redshift - a must.
