- 🚀 Design, develop, and maintain client-side and server-side applications.

- 👨‍💼 Manage and lead a talented remote team of frontend developers.

- 🗺️ Define roadmaps, goals, and milestones for success.

- 💻 Write clean, efficient, and industry-standard code.

- 🔍 Troubleshoot and debug issues to keep things running smoothly.

- 📈 Optimize for peak performance and scalability.

- 📝 Participate in code reviews to ensure quality.

- 🛠️ Continuously improve our development process.

**Requirements:**

- 🌟 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (frontend oriented) or similar role.

- 🕒 Current hands on experience in frontend development

- 🧪 7+ years of experience with JavaScript.

- ⚛️ 3+ years of experience with React.

- 👩‍🏫 1+ years as a hands on development team leader (not only tech lead).

- 🧠 Strong understanding of JavaScript core concepts.

- 🤖 Worked directly with product, UX, and backend teams.
