Now we’re looking for a passionate and creative FP&A Analyst to join our amazing team.

Responsibilities

• Playing a leading role in the annual budget and the long-term financial strategy preparation, including the company’s income models and the departments’ targets.
• Partner with the relevant stakeholders to address and resolve issues that impact financial results, as well as with business and functional teams to provide various recommendations
• Support the Executive Management team with ad-hoc requests
• Take a leading part in the month-end close activities, including budget vs actual analysis and on-going forecast update
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Define, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive actionable insights and provide value-added insights to management to support business decisions
• Support BOD, and investor’s presentations and reports.
• Support the design and implementation of BI/financial systems
  

• At least 4+ years of FP&A/ accounting/ Budget &Control experience in a growth software company – must!
• Relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis – must!
• BA degree in economics/finance/business/accounting – must!
• Experience with Netsuite –advantage
• Experience with Salesforce –advantage
• Experience in BI systems – big advantage!
• Experience in budget and planning systems – big advantage!
• Analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail
• People person with strong team working skills
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
