Automation Engineer

job description:
1. Characterization of advanced robotics and automation technologies for the purpose of streamlining and shortening production times, and continuous work without human contact.

2. Locating the technologies and adapting them to production needs while conducting a technical discussion with the manufacturer abroad.

3. Bringing and assimilating them in the factory, and conducting employee training.

4. Integration between the automatic systems and CNC machines.

5. Construction of suitable facilities and grippers.

6. Building independent automatic systems.

Qualifications

1. mechanical engineer - at least 5 years.

2. At least 4-5 years of experience in the field of robotics and automation.

3. Comprehensive knowledge in building fixtures and grippers for robotics and automation systems - an advantage.

4. Knowledge and experience in performing integration between automatic systems and machines - an advantage.

5. Knowledge and experience in building independent automatic systems - an advantage

6. Mastery of SOLID WORKS - mandatory

7. Advantage for knowledge and use of PDM

8. Ability to make presentations and technical negotiations with suppliers in Israel and abroad.

9. Speaks fluent technical English, and has a good ability to articulate in Hebrew and English.

10. Ability to motivate employees and senior engineers while working in a team.

11. Training ability and good interpersonal communication
