Events Manager

Automat-IT, a leading "all in" AWS Premier Partner specializing in providing DevOps and FinOps services for start-ups, is looking for a talented, creative, hands-on Events Manager to join the Marketing team.

In this position, you will collaborate with multiple teams to manage the company’s online and offline events and increase brand awareness. You will also create creative and informative content, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share our company’s brand and services. This position is an excellent opportunity to work directly with a management team and a global community of Cloud professionals.

You will:

• Plan and execute all Automat-IT’s events/industry conferences (with onsite support when required)
• Plan and communicate with the Sales team on the specific GTM programs and execute the programs/events.
• Work with related stakeholders on various ad hoc marketing requests
• Event preparation and post-event follow-up orchestration.
• Copywriting and creating messaging for collateral, website LP, video, social posts and Marketing campaigns.
• Own the social media content planning, social listening, reporting, and content execution.
• Track and report event ROI based on key objectives and metrics.
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in running field marketing in Europe. Including physical and virtual events and campaign management.
• ‘Can Do’ Attitude: Highly motivated, self-starter who can quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Willing to travel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with partner-related programs and events - an advantage!
• Experience with cloud and AWS environments - a big advantage!
• Flexible, resourceful, fast learner, problem solver
• Extreme organizational skills, including budget management and maintenance of all sales-facing and customer-facing communication channels
• English and Hebrew - Excellent
• Any other European language - advantage
