Position Overview:

NoviSign is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team in Israel. The CRO will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by leading and optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer success departments. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned executive to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Implement and refine sales processes, strategies, and initiatives to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the revenue departments.
• Collaborate with other company leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation.
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track key performance metrics.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CRO or in a similar senior leadership role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
