Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Supervisor located at our hotel in Jerusalem. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, supervising the front desk , handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, improving communication between departments, and managing hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Customer Service experience
• Strong Receptionist Duties and Reservation management experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Experience working in the hospitality industry preferred
• Bilingual in English and Hebrew preferred
