We are looking for an IS Project Manager to join the CIO department at JFrog.

As an IS Project Manager at JFrog you will...

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple IS projects or programs in Agile MOO in support of the continuing JFrog evolution.
• Perform program analysis, manage task execution and risks, identify bottlenecks, perform necessary corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management.
• Work with the business to build an Information systems roadmap, understand business needs and priorities, and translate them into requirements and operational program plan
• Partner with software development teams to help them prioritize, plan, track, and execute complex tasks.
• Manage IS portfolio while continuously assessing and improving ITSM processes and mentor team members and business partners.
• Serve as a BRM with profound knowledge of business processes and supportive systems.
• Build, maintain, and track OKRs in multiple levels - project and overall department activities.
• Manage and track IT & IS budget.
• Interact with a wide variety of teams, and work closely with business partners such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Finance.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in managing cross-organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Proven experience leading projects while implementing Agile methodology (Scrum/Agile at Scale framework).
• Expert skills in matrix management, ability to devise operational processes, and guide execution while properly allocating resources.
• B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering and management or equivalent.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
• Ability to cross-functionally drive work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
